Travel Operations Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Travel Operations Specialist to join our inbound team. This key role involves managing travel queries from international agents, designing custom itineraries, and overseeing bookings with hotels, transport, and guides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to B2B travel inquiries from international agents
  • Design customized itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction

Requirements
  • 5-9 years of experience in inbound operations
  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet
