Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Collections Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing client invoicing, collections, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency and participate in process improvement initiatives within accounts receivable. You will also collaborate with clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate, review, and distribute client invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process and record incoming payments, applying them to appropriate accounts.
  • Monitor receivable balances, track overdue accounts, and follow up with clients for timely collections.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and customer queries.
  • Prepare accounts receivable reports including aging analysis and collection activities.
