Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational performance and achieve company objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective HR programs, policies, and procedures that align with business needs.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related topics.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
