Job Title:

The Associate Manager HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business goals to drive organisational performance.

This role requires collaboration with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR input to support organisational success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support including talent management, performance development, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning. Key areas of focus include:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Drive the alignment of HR practices with business goals to achieve organisational success.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Talent Management: Identify and develop key talent to meet workforce needs and support organisational growth.
  • Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure HR practices are aligned with labor laws and internal policies to maintain a compliant and sustainable work environment.
  • Change Management: Partner with business teams to implement organisational changes effectively and efficiently.
  • Learning & Development: Collaborate with L&D teams to identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Analytics: Leverage data to generate insights and make informed HR decisions related to attrition, productivity, and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources / MBA in HR or a related field
  • 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, or high-growth organisation is preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
