AI Model Developer Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI model developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale generative models using GANS, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.
  • Fine-tune and deploy large language models for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and translation.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance data applications using Streamlit or similar tools.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or Al research, with a focus on generative models.

  • Experience with generative models such as GANS (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and transformer-based models (e.g., GPT-3/4, BERT, DALL.E).
  • Strong programming skills in python and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch or TensorFlow).
  • Hands-on experience in building data applications using Streamlit or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of transformer architecture, including multi-head attention, layer normalization, and residual connections.
  • Proficiency with AdamW, learning rate warm-up, and optimization strategies.
  • Exposure to advanced transformer variants (e.g., Transformer-XL, Longformer, BigBird, LoRA).
  • Solid debugging and performance tuning skills.
