Job Title: BIM Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architectural Coordinator to spearhead our team's efforts in building information modeling. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to utilize their expertise in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to deliver top-notch results.

About the Role:

This position involves working closely with project teams to ensure adherence to the BIM Implementation Plan (BIP). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of client BIM requirements, performing QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models, and preparing drawing packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan (BIP), including model submittal schedules and updates to reflect as-built conditions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare drawing packages and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize technical capabilities to achieve BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300, with knowledge of LOD 400 and 500.
  • Develop and coordinate designs from construction through to completion using BIM processes such as 5D/4D.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality, and analyze technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Maintain proficiency in parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
