Job Title: Web Developer with API Integration

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, exceptional project management capabilities, and serve as a subject matter expert for various industry-recognized email marketing platforms.

This role bridges the back-end data model to the front-end campaign, providing consistent and focused yet flexible Campaign Partnership to Project Managers, Professional Services, and other Cross-functional teams by demonstrating strong Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Technical Troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Designs and develops mobile responsive cross-channel marketing campaigns and templates from simple to complex using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies.
  • Solution Specification: Full understanding to provide proactive input on Solution Specification Documents, Data Import Workbooks, and Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) from Cross-functional teams.
  • Maintenance: Responsible for maintenance of the Campaign Workbook including timelines, deliverables, and auditing for new client implementations.
  • Setup and Debugging: Manages setup/testing/debugging efforts for instant triggers, and their corresponding XML API protocols.
  • Data Management: Requires solid Python fundamentals and an understanding of workflow orchestration (tasks, dependencies, scheduling).
  • Audience Builds: Responsible for complex data audience builds for new and existing programs.
  • Database Setup: Advanced knowledge of database set-ups and how to import, export, and extract reporting from the platforms.
  • Messaging Blocks: Creates highly dynamic messaging blocks and tags for campaigns (e.g., looping dynamic content in loader sheets).
  • Automated Set-ups: Skilled at automated set-ups such as APIs and triggered functions.
  • Training and Support: Expert-level ability in walking through/training/troubleshooting/leading QA for others on Complex campaigns.
  • Campaign Leadership: Assigned to any size campaign project and may mentor Consultants and Campaign Specialists from the Professional Services team.
  • Client Service: Has knowledge of SMS and PUSH functionality in email marketing platforms and hands-on experience in B2B and B2C process campaigns and Projects.
  • Issue Resolution: Accountable for resolving client issues, proposing solutions, and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution.
