Technical Application Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Application Specialist to provide onsite and online application support for Mass Spectrometer customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mass Spectrometry workflows, particularly with HRMS, Triple Quad, Ion Trap MS, and Orbitrap MS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and training to customers through education and on-site visits.
  • Develop and create educational materials to assist customers in maximizing the potential of our instruments.
  • Build relationships with scientific leaders and deepen existing connections.
  • Prepare and deliver technical seminars to customers, either as part of the sales process or at industry events.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, along with 4-5 years of experience in Mass Spectrometry workflows.
  • Experience working with planning, experimental design, and method development for proteomics, metabolomics, biopharma applications, and protein peptide, small molecule workflows using Orbitrap MS, Q-TOF MS, and/or Triple Quad MS.
  • Knowledge of wet lab instrumentation and dry-lab MS software is beneficial.
