Process Resolution Specialist

Job Title: Process Resolution Specialist
This role is responsible for managing complex complaints and providing timely resolutions to stakeholders. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce custom written responses to mitigate financial and reputational risk
- Manage multiple complex complaints concurrently
- Provide complaint status and outcomes to stakeholders
- Coordinate with the legal team to review sensitive matters
- Maintain detailed records of complaints and resolutions
- Prepare responses to regulatory agencies
- Perform research to resolve problems and complaints
- Collaborate with business partners to drive process development
Requirements:
- Knowledge of legacy EQ and AST systems
- Ability to simplify complex situations and problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High comprehension of risk and compliance requirements
- Transfer agent operations experience
- Ability to work independently and seek support when needed
- Exceptional customer service and professionalism
