Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to execute a demand generation function across both outbound and inbound channels.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement end-to-end demand generation plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
  • Own various marketing campaigns including webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and SEO-driven inbound strategies.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Support regional growth initiatives in international markets through targeted demand gen strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM and campaign performance tools.
  • Exposure to international markets is a plus.
