Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Data and MLOps Engineer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based solutions for machine learning pipelines. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment on AWS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and inference using various frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using AWS services like SageMaker, S3, Glue, Step Functions, and Redshift. Ensure compliance with best practices in security, compliance, and data governance in all cloud-based operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production workflows and manage scalable cloud-based solutions.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes for AI/ML applications.
  • Develop containerized solutions using Docker and manage orchestration through Kubernetes.
  • Define and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed models and workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and MLOps engineering.
  • Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
  • AWS Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of SageMaker, S3, Glue, Step Functions, and Redshift.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Strong familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • IaC Tools: Expertise in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • $150,000 - $180,000 per year
