Carely is a disability support platform that helps families of disabled children and young adults access structured, ongoing care. We partner with skilled professionals to deliver therapies and services that are compassionate, respectful, and effective — right in the family's own home.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Occupational Therapist to provide at-home therapy sessions for clients. The role is on a freelance basis, and session timings will be mutually agreed upon based on your availability and the client's needs.

  • Conduct 1:1 occupational therapy sessions at the client's home.
  • Assess the child's functional needs and develop personalized therapy goals.
  • Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
  • Maintain session records and share progress updates with our team.
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care, if needed.
  • Communicate respectfully with families and support them in implementing therapy strategies at home.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (AIOTA certification required).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in home environments.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the client's home. This will be a paid session, with compensation discussed in advance to cover travel and time.
