Job Role:

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to spearhead growth and define product strategy for our B2C fintech venture.

About the Business:

Our client is a leading provider of neobanking services, backed by top investors and poised for significant expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive benchmarking to identify product opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and user needs.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Fintech Product Management.
  • A deep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience in writing user stories, PRDs, and working with wireframes/prototypes.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
