- Develop and execute the product strategy for our UPI offering, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements to improve user experience and drive growth.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product life cycle.
- Lead the planning and execution of product initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Define clear product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and oversee the development process to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitive benchmarking and user research, to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities within the UPI space.
- Translate insights into actionable product strategies and feature prioritization.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to inform product decisions, measure performance, and iterate on product features and experiences.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success, and leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay aware of evolving regulatory requirements related to UPI, ensuring full compliance and adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior product team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth and development.
- 5+ yrs of total experience in an engineering and/or product role.
- 3+ yrs of experience in shipping successful B2C products.
- Hands on experience building products and/or features in payments and banking is preferred.
- Strong new product design experience and a fanatical approach to customer experience.
