Job Description:

The Product Visionary is responsible for leading a team of product managers in developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, as the individual will work with autonomy and discretion to make key decisions that impact the user experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and executing OKRs, owning customer/user journeys, and taking decisions that impact feature usability. They will also define and measure customer success metrics, articulate how product features relate to the product vision, and build roadmaps for partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute OKRs for product scope to support product portfolio and organizational OKRs.
  • Own customer/user journey for a given product or product features.
  • Take decisions that impact user experience on feature usability with engineering.
  • Define and measure customer success metrics (customer happiness, efficiency, ROI).
