Job Title: Product Management Visionary

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and driving complex product visions across a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and drive complex product visions.
  • Lead long-term vision strategically aligned to organizational goals.
  • Mastery in translating business needs into customer goals and features.
  • Deliver against core customer value propositions and strategic and financial goals.
  • Develop innovative solutions to reduce system constraints and build long-term customer engagement and brand love.


Requirements
  1. 12 years of Product Management experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. 4 years of experience with direct people management and team management.
  3. 2 years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related fields.
  4. Exceptional communication skills and ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Demonstrated bias for action and adept at strategic planning, defining OKRs, and driving business outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment.
  • Demonstrated record of building platform products at scale.
  • Expertise in working in a cross-functional global team.
