As an Associate Growth Manager, you will be part of the engine driving user and revenue growth. You will get to experiment across paid, organic, product, partnerships, and beyond.

You will learn how to find what works, double down, and scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Help manage campaigns across paid ads, social, email, SEO, content, and referrals.
  • Analyse data to figure out what's working (and what's not), then optimize.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve funnels and conversions.
  • Stay plugged into the latest growth hacks, tools, and channels.
Requirements:
  • 0–5 years of experience (internships/projects count—mindset matters more than CV).
  • You're curious, hands-on, and love learning by doing.
  • Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, GA, or similar).
  • Not afraid to get scrappy—whether it's writing copy, designing a landing page, or cold-DMing a potential partner.
  • A doer: you'd rather run an experiment today than plan one for a month.

  • Dabbled in things like Meta ads, Google Ads, SEO, content creation, or no-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Webflow).
