Lean Transformation Specialist

This is a leadership position that will drive strategic process improvements and implement efficient methodologies across the organization.
The primary objective of this role is to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and collaborate with teams to design and implement effective processes.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact projects for quality improvement, focusing on key business processes and collaborating with stakeholders to decide on application methodology.
- Communicate progress updates to champions and steering committees, ensuring timely implementation of best practices and WCM methods.
- As a Six Sigma coach, provide expert advice and assistance to Green Belts, Process Owners, and Team Members in areas including statistics, change management, and process design strategies.
Motivate team members to participate effectively in improvement activities and recognize their achievements through regular feedback and rewards. Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and tools to monitor and control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence others through education and communication, emphasizing the benefits of adopting new methodologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders at all levels to identify high-impact improvement opportunities and their business champions.
- Track and report project results to ensure sustained improvement.
Key Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent related field.
Job Experience: 4-7 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years of Lean and Six Sigma experience and proven ability to perform essential functions.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Black belt certification is highly desirable.
- Working experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
- Strong business acumen, fast learner, self-motivated, and disciplined individual.
