Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise through training and self-directed learning
  • Identify and escalate potential product defects to contribute to Microsoft product improvements
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:

We also welcome candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • Windows System Administration
  • Configuration and maintenance of Windows systems
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
  • Azure fundamentals
