The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for conducting machine installation, providing customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering field service support on-site for the machinery which we supply.QualificationsCustomer Support, Technical Support, and Field Service skills - for machineryStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to work effectively on-site and interact with clientsExperience in machinery - PLC, drives, sensors, motors, automationDegree in Engineering or relevant field is preferredCertifications in customer support or technical fields are a plusA background in PCB Assembly segment would be preferable - experience on SMT machines.
