- Gather demographic data, land use information, and real estate development insights for project planning purposes.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand local real estate trends and property values.
- Evaluate potential sites and prepare feasibility studies to assess their profitability.
- Support financial assessments by analyzing budgets, funding sources, and cost estimates.
- Develop financial models to evaluate project viability, return on investment (ROI), and funding requirements.
- Coordinate project schedules, track timelines, and ensure team members meet deadlines.
- Provide technical assistance in using planning software or tools like GIS.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Actively engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess an MBA (Finance) or Master's degree in a relevant field, along with strong experience in real estate consulting and valuations. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
