Job Title: Study Abroad Application Coordinator

Work Type: Full-time

Job Description:

This role involves managing the end-to-end application process for students applying to international universities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with students and institutions, ensuring timely submissions, and providing accurate guidance on application requirements.

They will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for students during their admission journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
  • Verify and review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements.
  • Assist students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  • Follow up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.
  • Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones in the CRM/system.
  • Provide students and counselors with timely updates regarding application progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines for applications, conditional offer requirements, and final submissions.
  • Support in offer acceptance, fee payments, and pre-departure documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (counseling, operations, visa, etc.) to ensure smooth handover of student cases.
  • Stay updated on university requirements, intake deadlines, and policy changes to guide students effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach.
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student application processing.
