Job Overview

The Account Manager-Operations will handle the end-to-end process for each student subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. This includes working with individual stakeholders on the application process, understanding their needs, and helping them make it to their dream universities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders of the company and senior management
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate with team members and other departments
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes
  • Ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, diligent, and organized in their work. Taking ownership and adopting a careful and systematic approach is crucial in this role.
