Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Medical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials, including but not limited to, MSL/training slide decks, infographics, congress and meetings materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters/medical information letters, and HCP engagement content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials according to client and audience needs with excellent attention to detail
  • Review and supervise deliverables from junior writers and provide constructive feedback
  • Mentor and train junior writers by sharing best practices and client preferences
  • Maintain excellent product/account knowledge for client interactions
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • PhD/MD in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology; MPharm/MSc with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication
  • 7-10 years of experience in writing and reviewing Scientific/Medical Communications for Medical Affairs or biopharma, preferably in an agency setting
  • Clear, concise scientific writing with strong attention to detail and language skills
  • Strong ability to interpret, evaluate, and present scientific data clearly and concisely
