Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our CMDB team and drive the implementation of our IT service management processes.

  • Collaborate with process owners to mature and implement existing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, accurate, and compliant CMDB that supports our global teams and processes.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow conceptual and logical data model, including the Common Services Data Model (CSDM), to develop actionable dashboards.
  • Analyze data trends using SQL and Excel skills to identify areas requiring focus from data owners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM, with a minimum of 3 years.
  • Excellent understanding of Asset and Configuration Management within ITIL.
  • Proven track record of delivering solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
