Your Role

- Design and implement CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships in ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain Discovery patterns and integrations to populate CMDB.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with CMDB policies and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define CI attributes, lifecycle states, and reconciliation rules.
- Automate CMDB processes using ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripts.
- Perform regular audits and health checks of CMDB data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB-related issues and incidents.
- Document CMDB architecture, processes, and procedures.

Your Profile

- 9 to 12 years of enterprise IT experience with advanced expertise in ServiceNow implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment of solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Configuration Management.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing, designing, configuring, and rolling out new application modules, workflows, and service catalog requests tailored to business needs.
