Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
This role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in payroll processes, legal compliance, and integrations with core HR and third-party systems.
The consultant will liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll operations and successful project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors ECP implementation and support is required.
- The candidate must have completed at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP ECP.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining global and country-specific payroll schemas, rules, and wage types is essential.
- A strong understanding of Employee Central and its integration with various modules is necessary.
Hands-on Experience:
- Payroll process configuration and execution are crucial skills for this role.
- Post-payroll activities such as GL posting and bank transfers require a high level of proficiency.
- Year-end processing and statutory reporting are critical components of this position.
- Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration and operations are essential for success.
- Solid experience in SuccessFactors standard integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Boomi is required.
- Strong knowledge of Data Replication Monitor, Business Configuration (BCUI), and SAP Payroll InfoTypes is necessary.
- Ability to manage PA, OM, and Time Management integration points with payroll is critical.
- Experience troubleshooting replication errors between EC and ECP is essential.
- Proficiency in preparing functional specifications, test plans, and technical documentation is necessary.
- Capability of conducting requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and user training is required.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and legal payroll regulations is a top priority.
- Providing ongoing system support, maintenance, and enhancements is essential for this role.
- Education: A B.Tech in Computer Science, HRIS, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification is required.
- Experience: 7+ Years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
