Strategic Category Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will drive strategic procurement initiatives and lead material groups to achieve success. You will be responsible for ensuring the sourcing process is robust, aligning the category with defined targets, and creating strategic procurement targets by measuring KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost savings and supplier management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Sika's Procurement Manual.
- Measure, track, and report on strategic procurement targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maximum value and drive the sourcing process forward.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience in procurement and category management.
- Performance management skills with an emphasis on KPIs.
- Knowledge of compliance and ethical procurement standards.
