Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting units.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily production to meet delivery and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational aspects of Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting units.
  • Plan and schedule daily production to meet delivery and quality targets.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Manage operational costs, reduce wastage, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the shop-floor team for performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth workflow.
  • Enforce strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare production reports, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Wire Drawing, Pickling & Patenting operations.
  • Proven leadership, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on exposure to process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
