Business Development Specialist

As a vital connection between our organization and external networks, you will identify and propose opportunities to leadership, institutions, corporations, and individuals to drive growth.

We are seeking someone who excels at uncovering new business opportunities.

  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with educational institutions, edtech platforms, corporations, and global organizations.
  • Develop innovative growth strategies (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Take ownership of special projects that require experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  • Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
