This position involves ensuring the highest standards of quality in customer interactions, across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Audit customer calls, chats and emails to guarantee adherence to established quality criteria.
- Conduct regular audits and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance and training efficacy.
- Employ data analysis to create actionable reports driving process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in calibration exercises to ensure consistency in scoring and feedback delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with teams to foster awareness of excellent customer experiences.
- Provide recommendations to streamline processes and reduce the learning curve for new employees.
- Previous experience in handling quality assurance for outbound sales accounts.
- Strong understanding of audit and coaching procedures.
- Excellent written and comprehension skills.
- Effective presentation, feedback and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-centric attitude and service orientation.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to generate both quantitative and qualitative insights.
