Job Title:

A Customer Care Specialist role is now available.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a customer care specialist, working with international customers in the B2B and B2C domains. Excellent English communication skills and relevant experience are essential for this position.

This role involves effective coordination with customers and stakeholders, including fiber order management.

  • The successful candidate will serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • They will perform accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines.
  • Responsibilities also include managing order and contract creation, follow-up, and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
  • Proactive management of internal and external stakeholder engagement is required, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Ensuring 100% Quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
