We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough functional testing of web and mobile applications, identifying critical issues and resolving them efficiently.
  • Maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on project requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Validate bug fixes, track issues in the tracking system, and verify their resolution, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Conduct regression testing to guarantee existing functionality remains stable and effective.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, driving successful outcomes.
  • Ensure that defects are reported clearly, including steps to reproduce and an impact analysis, facilitating swift issue resolution.
  • Participate actively in sprint ceremonies to align testing with delivery timelines, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support user acceptance testing with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth experience.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
  • Defect Detection Rate: Achieve ≥ 95% of critical issues identified before release, demonstrating exceptional testing prowess.
  • Defect Leakage: Maintain ≤ 5% of high-severity issues reported post-release, showcasing rigorous quality control.
  • Test Coverage: Ensure ≥ 90% of functional requirements validated per sprint, verifying comprehensive testing.
  • Bug Closure Rate: Achieve ≥ 90% of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint, highlighting efficient issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms, with a strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools, such as Jira, Trello, or similar systems.
  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases, effectively communicating testing strategies.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience testing AMS, LMS, e-commerce, or membership platforms, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools, enabling basic validation and verification.
  • Exposure to WordPress, React/Next.js-based platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Understanding of accessibility and performance testing basics, with a commitment to continuous learning.
