Quality Assurance Expert

The position of a Quality Assurance (QA) expert is open in our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of software applications and other digital products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify bugs, issues, and errors in software applications.
  • Utilize testing tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, and Selenium to track defects and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed documentation on testing methodologies, standards, and strategies.
  • Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Formulate effective test strategies and processes that align with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality assurance.

Requirements and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in QA engineering, preferably with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, along with proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines, as well as designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, containerized applications, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Certification in QA testing or related areas can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
