The Logistics Manager position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage shipping instructions to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/agents/buyers to schedule shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage core shipping problems such as delays, equipment shortage, etc.
  • Check incoming shipping advice and enter all details into the system.
  • Create outgoing shipping advice and transmit them to buyers/agents.
  • Verify the completeness and correctness of incoming shipping documents.
  • Process and book freight invoices, purchase invoices, and payment instructions for finance.
  • Issue sales invoices and covering letters, and send documents to the bank/buyer/agent for processing/payment.
  • Monitor and update the status of shipments in the system.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
