Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Lead the development of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, and models.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Negotiations & Contract Management
    • Oversee all aspects of contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees.
    • Ensure optimal outcomes for the organization through effective negotiation and communication strategies.
  • Performance Management & Leadership
    • Drive company-wide performance management initiatives to align with business goals.
    • Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in investment firms, VC/PE-backed companies, or high-growth businesses.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks.
