Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee Tribe's financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership:
    • Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure smooth operations.
    • Lead KPI framework development and implementation.
    • Oversee capex planning and expansion projects.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Ensure timely and accurate closure of books (Ind-AS / Indian GAAP).
    • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits.
    • Oversee ROC, RBI, FEMA, TDS, GST, and ESOP compliance.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations:
    • Own investor documents, financial models, and data rooms.
    • Manage due diligence and support negotiations.
    • Maintain investor updates and board reporting.
  • Treasury & Banking:
    • Build relationships with banks and lenders.
    • Lead debt structuring and working capital facilities.
    • Manage treasury operations and liquidity.
  • Vendor & Cost Management:
    • Govern vendor contracts and negotiate fees.
    • Implement cost control systems and tracking processes.
    • Maintain discipline across accounts payable and procurement cycles.
