Job Title: AI Developer

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned AI Expert with a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning to spearhead the development of cutting-edge intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sophisticated agentic systems leveraging large language models (LLMs) with advanced capabilities such as memory, multi-step planning, and tool invocation.
  • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns to coordinate LLMs with APIs, data scraping services, and microservices for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex problem statements into actionable automation flows.
  • Maintain high-quality, scalable codebases and contribute to production-ready pipelines utilizing containerization (Docker), RESTful API design, and version control systems (Git).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in LLM reasoning, agent architectures, and open-source tools to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering roles, with recent focus on LLM-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of LLM prompting techniques, tool chaining, memory management, and agent planning frameworks (e.g., ReAct, Tree of Thought).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), REST APIs, and version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
