Machine Learning Engineer Position

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead our data science initiatives and drive business value through AI-driven solutions.

  • Develop, train, and validate predictive and analytical models using machine learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and decision trees.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to define data requirements and success metrics, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into production workflows.
  • Deploy machine learning models into production using best practices and DevOps principles, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high-quality performance.
  • Build automated pipelines for model training, testing, monitoring, and retraining, leveraging containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Optimize model performance and ensure scalability and reliability, continuously monitoring and improving the accuracy and efficiency of machine learning models.
  • Implement CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows, utilizing version control systems like Git and continuous integration platforms like Jenkins.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language, including popular libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • Experience with ML Ops tools and frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Azure ML.
  • Good understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML model deployment and management.
  • Strong background in statistics, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in handling large-scale data pipelines and real-time model serving.
  • Exposure to feature stores and automated model monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
