Interior Project Manager

Job Description:

The Interior Project Manager plays a key role in overseeing the on-site execution of interior projects from planning through handover, ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to guarantee compliance with design specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle, mitigating risks and minimizing costs.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management, maintaining accurate records and efficient processes.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles and practices.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred), showcasing expertise and professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills, building strong relationships and achieving goals.
