Your exceptional knowledge of HR policies and procedures will enable you to provide strategic guidance on performance management, training, and compensation administration.A strong interpersonal and communication skillset is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employees at all levels. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team will be vital in driving business results and achieving organizational goals.We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A proven track record in the Solar or construction industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory.Key qualifications include:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with recruitment, performance management, training, and compensation administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
