Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Our organization seeks a seasoned Human Resources Strategist with extensive experience in managing complex employee relationships, payroll systems, and talent acquisition processes.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of expertise in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, Payroll, Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Manual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage conflict resolution, performance management, and maintain accurate records and reports on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee the implementation of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs that foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent through effective recruitment and selection processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR-related roles is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor's Commerce (B.Com), or Master's in Business Administration (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from an accredited institution is required.
  • The successful candidate must possess exceptional knowledge of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, Payroll, Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Manual.
