The successful candidate will have a strong background in ERP system management, including configuration and maintenance, as well as skills in data analysis, technical troubleshooting, and user support.

In addition to these core competencies, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our ERP systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Configure ERP modules to meet evolving business requirements and ensure system integrity.
  • Provide technical support and training to users across departments to maximize ERP utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, finance, supply chain) to streamline and enhance ERP processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors when required.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows and training materials.
  • Stay current with emerging ERP technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
