Job Overview

The role of an HR Executive is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization's human resources department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
    • Address employee grievances and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the performance review process, helping to set goals and expectations.
    • Support managers in providing constructive feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Training & Development:
    • Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Work with team leads to identify employee development needs and arrange necessary learning resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
