Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates.
- Serve as a point of contact with employment agencies, colleges, and recruitment consultants.
- Handle and coordinate with external vendors and consultants for HR-related services.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost workplace morale and satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive employee documentation and HR records.
- Manage group health insurance and employee welfare programs.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and exit interviews.
- Collaborate closely with all departmental heads and directors.
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related concerns and queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Masters degree in human resources or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
- Skilled in multitasking, time management, and working under pressure.
- High level of patience and strong listening skills.
