Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide timely and effective support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT support procedures.
  • Systems Administration
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Monitor system access and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support VPN, endpoint security, and multi-factor authentication setup.
  • Network & Security Management
  • Implement best practices to protect sensitive data.
  • Perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Respond to IT security incidents and escalate as needed.
  • Process Improvement & Global Collaboration
  • Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support remote deployments and field devices when needed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, 3+ years of IT support experience, and strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
