Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Specialist to manage the end-to-end application journey for students applying to top universities worldwide. This role involves coordinating with international universities, internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage university applications across multiple countries, evaluating student profiles and recommending suitable programs/universities
  • Evaluate student documentation, eligibility, deadlines, and compliance requirements
  • Guide students on academic materials, including SOPs, resumes, LORs, and other required documents
  • Upload verified documents to CRM/university portals with precision
  • Liaise with international universities and coordinate with internal teams (counseling, visa, finance) for a smooth process
  • Maintain trackers, provide weekly reports, and highlight bottlenecks to management

  • Detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organizational skills
