Job Title: Senior Product Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Product Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule. They will also support the execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
