Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of employee records and HR databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Employee Records: You will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • HR Database Management: You will manage HR databases, ensuring timely updates and accuracy of information.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Compliance and Audit Preparation: You will assist with compliance and audit preparation activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • General Office Duties: You will perform general office duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Reporting and Presentations: You will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
