Contract Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to provide contract compliance support for federal government contracts.

The role will involve working closely with our team to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to identify applicable clauses and compliance obligations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support: Assist with internal reviews and external audits.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support: Review solicitations for relevant clauses and prepare compliance matrices and checklists.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams to provide data, documentation, and insights as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
